CONSUMER TARIFFS
evway has chosen to offer its customers tariffs that mirror the operators’ roaming tariffs
The tariff of 1€ on successful recharging is the only contribution value for our service.
The tariffs have two components: energy and time.
The time component is linked to the station’s occupation time regardless of whether it is charging or not. This is to encourage users to optimise the use of charging stations by choosing the one with the most suitable power according to the size of the battery to be charged. The time component applies differently for AC and DC stations.
Is There a Difference Between AC and DC Rates?
AC
. After the first 3 consecutive hours, a time tariff is added to the energy tariff, counted in minutes.
. From midnight to 8 a.m., the time tariff is not applied
DC
. After the first hour, a time tariff billed in minutes is added to the energy tariff.
. The DC Time Tariff is also valid for night hours.
Where can I see the tariffs for each of the pillars?
- Open the App evway
- Choose your charging point
- See rates per kWh and time and conditions of applicability
EXAMPLES OF TIME TARIFFS
example 1 – Start of charging session at 10 p.m.
- starting the session at 10 p.m., the first 3 hours expire at 01:00.
- the time tariff is suspended from 12 p.m. to 8 a.m. in the morning, but the charging time is still counted
- From 08:01 a.m. onwards, the time tariff is added to the Time tariff
example 2 – Start of charging session at 06:00 a.m.
- starting the session at 06:00 a.m., the first 3 hours expire at 09:00 a.m.
- the time tariff is suspended from 00:00 to 8:00, but the charging time is still counted
- In this case, the time tariff is added to the consumer tariff at the end of 3 hours – i.e. at 9:00 a.m.
